Hello, my name if Jennifer Nelson White,  I founded The Dare to Dream Institute in 1998 as a place to learn and practice inclusive transformative development. As a child I was touched by the book Hope for the Flowers by Trina Paulus. For me the concept that within each of us was a calling to become ourselves and also inspire others, was a powerful one. So powerful it continued to reinforce my decision to become an educator.  I remembered the book one day as I was completing my MS ED in educational leadership, pulled it out and created this course around the theme of transformation.  

What is CORE Transformation?  Transformation is a process.  It is not an end where we completely change all of who we are but the process allows the space for us to reflect and dialogue in awareness of where we are and where we would desire to be. Our CORE program is designed to support this process BECAUSE.. it is not necessarily an easy process. It can be messy and as Brene Brown would put it, take great deal of courage just to show up in the arena and take the first steps.

 Why work towards transformation?  We all have callings within to become more conscious and able to put our dreams on the ground, but what holds us back from achieving those goals and dreams?

Our CORE transformative program supports the cocooning process allowing awareness to become alive able to see where we are now and where we would like to be, ever more able to realize our dreams AND support others, in our relationships, to realize their own callings.  

 Hope for the Flowers course is a cohort course of no more than 10 individuals showing up to connect, create, learn, and interact together consciously, moving towards the sustainable change that comes from within allowing all to be seen, heard, and able to find purpose.
